  • Promoters: EDGE Thoroughbreds Pty Ltd and TruShare Pty Ltd. 
  • Promotion: “20 Shares in 20 Days” – game of skill competition. 
  • Eligibility: Open to AU residents aged 18+ only. Employees and immediate family of the Promoters are ineligible. 
  • How to enter: During the promotion period, follow EDGE Thoroughbreds and TruShare (where required) and submit an original tagline via the entry form. 
  • Skill‑based: Chance plays no part. Winners are selected based on creativity, quality and relevance of their tagline, as judged by the Promoters. 
  • Prizes: 20 prizes. Each prize is a 2.5% ownership share in SEE THREE PEE OH (Cosmic Force x Gold Waltz (GB)), trained by Phillip Stokes. Total prize pool valued at AUD $47,500. 
  • Costs: Standard training and care costs for each winner’s share are covered until 30 June 2026. From 1 July 2026, winners are responsible for their pro‑rata share of ongoing ownership costs (including training, vet, transport and management fees)*. 
  • Conditions: Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Winners must complete required ownership documentation and agree to the applicable PDS and syndicate deed to receive their share. 
  • Privacy & marketing: By entering, you agree that EDGE Thoroughbreds and TruShare may collect and use your personal information to run this competition and send you marketing communications, in line with their privacy policies. You can unsubscribe at any time.
